Kaveh Nabatian
Kaveh Nabatian is an Iranian-Canadian musician and film director.
As a composer and multi-instrumentalist he’s toured the world and released several critically-acclaimed albums with his Juno award-winning band Bell Orchestre, alongside scoring for string quartets and orchestras.
He directed and scored his feature length debut, Sin La Habana, which premiered in 2020 at the Festival du nouveau cinéma and went on to garner over 20 awards and nominations at international festivals, including Canadian Screen Award nominations for Best Original Screenplay and Best First Feature Film.
Other scoring credits include Prison of the Sun (short film), Vapor (short film), Dive (short film) & 100% T-shirt (documentary).
